Why Ben Richey Boys Ranch and Family Program?
Ben Richey Boys Ranch and Family Program is funded solely through charitable contributions from individuals, club and corporate grants and fundraising events. Ben Richey Boys Ranch does not take any State or Federal funding. Your charitable contribution helps provide guidance, shelter, clothing, food, and basic necessities to the boys and single mothers and their children who are being served by the Ben Richey programs.
Your gift at work.
Your contribution, no matter the amount, will have a direct and immediate impact on the young lives of those served by the Ranch. Every gift is needed and appreciated and opportunities to give to the Ranch are diverse. Some may choose to give monthly, others annually. Some have elected to include Ben Richey Boys Ranch in their estate planning. Still others may choose to honor a loved one with a gift to the Ranch. Those who do not give financially may also provide products and services that the Ranch would otherwise have to purchase.
Thank you each for sharing our dream and showing the boys and families that they are loved and supported. Your gifts help create positive self-images and build brighter futures. Click below to donate now using your credit or debit card.
There are several ways to give to the Ranch. Cash, checks or using our online donation portal may be the easiest way to make a gift or to honor/memorialize a loved one. Our staff is ready to assist you any way we can. Gifts made to the Ranch will build brighter futures today, tomorrow and forever.
Give Appreciated Property
Appreciated Property such as real estate, stocks, and bonds may offer a tax deduction for you without the liability of having to pay capital gains taxes on the appreciated value. In such instances, you may make a donation while retaining a life interest in and use of the property.
Charitable Trust and Gift Annuities can provide income for life as well as a current tax deduction.
Estate Gifts
Estate Gifts made through will or trust can be funded with cash, securities, real estate, or other type of property.
Retirement Accounts & Insurance
Retirement Accounts and Insurance may name Ben Richey Boys Ranch as the beneficiary, making a charitable gift that reduces the size of the taxable estate and avoids income taxes on retirement funds and IRA’s.
Corporate Matching Gifts
Your employer may offer matching gifts to make your donation go twice as far. Contact your company’s Human resource Department to find out if this benefit is available to employees, and email us if you have questions about matching gifts.
