Ben Richey Boys Ranch is a charitable nonprofit, tax-exempt organization. The Ranch is operated entirely with contributions from community friends, foundations, corporations, clubs, organizations and the United Way and does not take any State or Federal funding. Those who give to the Ranch are extending a helping hand to boys when they need it most.

It takes small as well as larger gifts to help the Ranch continue to do its job of building young lives. Every gift is needed and appreciated. Opportunities to give to the Ranch are diverse. Some may choose to give monthly, others annually. Some have elected to include Ben Richey Boys Ranch in their estate planning. Still others may choose to honor a loved one with a gift to the Ranch. Those who do not give financially may also provide products and services that the Ranch would otherwise have to buy.

Ben Richey Boys Ranch has various fund raising events every year. The Bilbo Golf Classic raised $39,600 for the Ranch this year and a total of $935,800 since it began 25 years ago. It is traditionally held the first weekend in May. Another annual event that benefits the Ranch is the Chili Super Bowl. This event is now responsible for raising almost 8% of the Ranchs annual operational budget, and is held on Labor Day weekend. A relatively new fund raiser has been established for the benefit of the boys at the Ranch and it is the Ben Richey Benefits Clay Break Classic (www.benricheybenefits.org) which has raised over $247,500 in its existence.

The Ranch is totally dependent on its many friends for their prayers and support. All gifts of money, stocks, bonds, property, or gifts-in-kind are tax deductible. Ben Richey Boys Ranch thanks each and every donor for sharing its dream and showing the boys that they are loved and supported.
